What does the position entail?
Scout Talent is currently working on behalf of our client to recruit several Sales Representatives for full-time positions in one of the following regions:
- Gatineau - bilingual
- Montreal – bilingual
- Central Quebec (Drummondville, Bécancour, Victoriaville)
- Salaberry-Valleyfield
- Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu
- Gaspé
- Montmagny
- Rimouski
- Granby
- Alma
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with business owners, focusing on developing and growing business within your assigned geographic area. Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Soliciting and prospecting for new clients and referrals, including cold calling/walk-in visits
- Make a sales presentation to the decision-maker
- In-person customer visits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Desired profile
To be considered for this position, you will need a vehicle and a full valid driver's license .
As the ideal candidate, you are customer-focused and goal-oriented, with the ability to successfully build relationships. You possess excellent communication skills, are self-motivated, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, you are able to handle rejection and are comfortable working under pressure. Previous sales experience is an asset but not required . Training will be provided.

The average income for this position in the first year is between $85,000 and $95,000. Our top representatives earn over six figures, and a significant number of them make more than $135,000.
