Your Mission Brief
WOLF is on the hunt for a full-time UI/UX Designer to join our growing Digital Solutions team in Aurora, ON.
Reporting to the Software Development leadership team, you'll play a mission-critical role in designing intuitive, user-focused digital experiences that improve workflows, drive efficiency, and support the next generation of internal applications and business systems.

- Design intuitive user experiences: Create wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, forms, and interfaces that simplify complex workflows

Your Edge
You are a recent or upcoming graduate with a degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Whether through academic projects, internships, co-op placements, or early-career experience, you have developed a strong foundation in user-centred design and digital product development.
You bring hands-on experience using modern UI/UX design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces. You understand responsive design principles, accessibility standards, usability best practices, and the fundamentals of designing effective digital experiences that balance user needs with technical requirements.
You are comfortable working in a collaborative technical environment where you'll interact with software developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design solutions that improve workflows, usability, and operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table
- UI/UX Design Tools: Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping platforms
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Ability to create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Responsive Design: Understanding of responsive layouts and designing across desktop and web-based environments
- Accessibility Knowledge: Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
- Visual Design Principles: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and usability fundamentals
- User-Centred Design: Ability to consider user needs, workflows, and business objectives when developing solutions
- Design Documentation: Experience preparing design specifications, user flows, and development handoff materials
- Front-End Development Exposure: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar technologies is considered an asset
- Microsoft Technology Exposure: Experience with C#, .NET, Blazor, Power BI, or related Microsoft technologies is an asset
- Dashboard & Enterprise Applications: Exposure to designing dashboards, enterprise software, or data-driven applications is highly desirable
- Digital Transformation Initiatives: Interest in automation, AI-enabled tools, and process improvement initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders throughout the design process
