A division of the Casman Group of Companies, Four C's Millwork is looking for a Cabinet Production Supervisor to join their team in Fort McMurray.

The main focus of this role is to supervise the cabinet jobs from start to finish, and perform final quality inspections of finished products.

You will oversee and train employees in cabinet fabrication techniques.

Four C's Millwork is seeking a qualified tradesperson with a high degree of technical knowledge and proficiency in cabinet fabrication. In addition, you will have at least three years industry experience and have completed a 3rd year apprenticeship in cabinet making.

You should have effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver quality products, while motivating the talented workshop team. Four C's Millwork is seeking a positive leader who has the ability to handle stressful situations well and have reliable attendance.
