About the Opportunity

CruiseExperts has an exciting and rewarding opportunity available for a Receptionist to join their dynamic team in their office in Kerrisdale.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering the telephone and providing administrative support to the organization.

The ideal candidate will be confident working in a busy office environment and will possess outstanding customer service skills. A friendly and professional phone manner will be a key element of your success in the role.

CruiseExperts is seeking a well presented, professional individual who has experience operating a switchboard. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems within a call centre environment will be an asset.

he successful candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and especially with Excel. CruiseExperts is searching for someone with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and has outstanding attention to detail. The current work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm. However as the company grows and expands it hours some flexibility may be required.

About the Benefits
